Amazing workout in 30 minutes. The pace was appropriate and the workouts were amazing for abs and kept my heart rate elevated (which I love). I enjoyed the atmosphere and the upbeat motivation. Will definitely be going back and bringing friends! Go at you’re own pace and get it done!!!!!!!

It’s come to my attention that their are people who motivate others at 4:55am to release the crazy inside so the beautiful you are can shine thru. The trainers are amazing and I’m glad I’ve chosen to do this for myself. It didn’t matter if I couldn’t keep up, finish a whole set, or even bend a knee conquering squats.. what’s matters is the 3 inspiring trainers I’ve met keep me going back I will continue to show up to sweat rivers and push myself.. thank you for accepting me to your family!!

I don't usually take the time to write review about anything! ( ok I never do) But I am really enjoying FBBC and this is why...
1) I have a friend I meet up with there to help hold me accountable. Desiree
2) I schedule when I want to workout so I treat it like an appointment and never miss.
3) ‎The workouts are different everyday.
4) ‎The people there are super nice, have humor, and they encourage you to keep going.
5) ‎The music is upbeat.
6) ‎It is a quick 30mins.
7) ‎I like the newsletters you get in the email that contain tips to help meet your goal.
8) If you have questions about anything they are a quick message away and get back to you quickly.
Just wish they had a way to keep me from my weakness... Cookies!

This place is amazing! I’ve been going regularly since it first opened a year ago. I pushed myself to the max the first couple months and got in the best shape I’ve been In since I was a college athlete. Truthfully, I got in better shape in many areas. After a couple months I found out I was expecting!! I decided to continue to push through my pregnancy and am so glad I did. I worked out up until a couple days before I had my baby. So truly whatever your fitness level you CAN do this workout!! I’m so thankful I continued to do the workouts because it made my pregnancy so much easier and My body has bounced back post baby MUCH MUCH better than I had expected. Can’t wait til I’m released to come back!! Jason and the other trainers are amazing, the music is awesome and the friendships you create with other members are incredible.
